Transportation
If you have difficulty getting to or from our shop, we will be happy to give you or your car a ride within a 10-mile radius of our shop.

Out of Pocket Expense
If you are paying for a rental yourself while your car is being repaired, please let us know. We will put your repair on our priority schedule so it will be repaired as quickly as possible.

Nicks and Scratches
Point out nicks and scratches to the estimator and we will do a "touch up" on the small blemishes free of charge.

Pre-existing Problems
Maybe your door lock is not working properly or a molding is loose. Let us know about any other small problems and we will happily fix them while repairing your vehicle.
